Lee Guo Min曾旅日研讀服裝設計的業主娓娓道來那段茶香與水煙裊裊交織的舊時光，常見於東京公寓裡的水煙茶館是她繁忙生活中的慰藉。由手裡捧著的一碗茶湯，覺知時間流淌後物事的盛衰必然，更著迷於萬物消逝所產生的殘寂之美，起心將見聞和所學揉合為一處縱心之所，期盼共鳴時分。
The brand "WASABI" is inspired by the Japanese aesthetic of Wabi-Sabi, embracing the beauty found in impermanence and imperfection. The founder, who studied fashion design in Japan, reminisces about the tranquil moments spent in Tokyo's hookah and tea houses.
品牌「和寂 WASABI」概念啟發於日本美學 Wabi-Sabi，希望藉由服務與空間 讓來客享受純粹自適的樂趣。基地隱身熙攘的東區巷弄、一幢舊式水泥建築公 寓的三樓，我們以日式庭院作為意象，井然地配置茶事、水煙與製衣三項要素。將庭院中的簷廊借代為客座區，是靜享風景、乘涼品茗處；而製衣的場域則矗立於庭中央，打版與裁縫的身影被納入景致並成為焦點。
以簡潔自律的風格融會商空機能，創造現代化茶庭的新面貌，僅使用低限度的裝飾，展現材質、道具的質樸與功能之美，希冀誘發觀者發揮想像、編織日夢 。
"WASABI" merges these experiences with the concept of a modern tea garden within an urban setting. The space, located on the third floor of an old building, minimally decorated, focuses on tea, hookah, and garment-making, inviting guests to weave their daydreams in a serene environment.
