Elvin成立於 2016 年的「NICE TO MEET U 寶寶安心選物」是以0歲以上的嬰兒及孩童為主的選物店，品牌命名的原由以「新生命的誕生就如同收禮物般的喜悅」作為概念延伸。 NICE TO MEET U newborn & café 除了具備咖啡廳的服務以外，特別規劃了一間專屬寶寶的VIP休息室，同時將業主的需求及選物品牌的精神整合。
Established in 2016, "NICE TO MEET U" is a curated store for babies and children, drawing inspiration from the joy of welcoming new life, akin to receiving a gift. It's not just a café but a space that integrates the spirit of selecting quality items with the needs of parents, including a special VIP room for babies.
基地位於綠意繚繞的民生社區巷弄中，礙於1樓門面原有破碎的窗景分割，導致出入口動線不明確，我們開始思考由外（周遭環境）向內（視覺動線）的關係。
由「上天賜予的禮物」這段文句所啟動的一連串想像，我們變動入口位置，拆除外觀上多餘的木框架，保留原本的梁柱結構，並使用清透的玻璃作為室內、外的分隔，外牆則運用軟木質地營造與周圍綠樹之間的和諧共存。
在平面規劃上，由軟木呈現的牆體中間（入口處）座落的是極具象徵意涵的VIP室—「禮物盒」，量體由室內延伸至外，劃分出動線並創造視覺亮點。盒上高低錯置的開口提供父母隨時看顧寶寶的動態，也引導顧客在步入咖啡廳的過程中，緩緩地發現「NICE TO MEET U newborn & café」所欲宣揚的喜悅，以及品牌理念—「寶寶即是上天賜予的禮物」之意涵。
Located in the leafy Minsheng Community, the store faced challenges with its entrance due to obstructive window frames.
By reimagining the entrance and incorporating transparent glass and cork textures, we created a harmonious space symbolized as a "gift box," inviting parents to experience the joy and philosophy that babies are precious gifts.
