Yakiniku Don, originating from a roadside stall in Changhua, was founded with the mission to bring the warmth of freshly grilled Japanese Yakiniku to its customers, capturing the essence of Japanese street food stalls.
Expanding in 2018 to a branch in Dali, Taichung, the design kept to its roots with an open, street stall ( Yatai )concept, integrating natural elements and traditional Japanese wooden structures to maintain the original spirit of providing homely Japanese cuisine to its guests late into the night.
